Terms of Service

1. The service

Wallcast provides a web dashboard and TV applications for managing digital signage: uploading content, building playlists, scheduling playback, and monitoring screens. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization, including team members you invite. Keep your password secure and let us know at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the media you upload. You grant us only the license needed to store your content and deliver it to your screens. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to display the content you upload, and that it complies with applicable law. We may remove content that is illegal or that we are legally required to remove.

4. Billing

Wallcast is billed monthly per active screen, processed by Stripe. Adding or removing screens adjusts your bill with proration. If a payment fails, we allow a grace period before screens are suspended; your content is preserved and playback resumes when payment is restored. You can cancel anytime — screens keep working until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
  • No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • No reselling of the service without our written agreement.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Wallcast available, and the TV app is designed to keep playing cached content when offline. However, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

You can delete your organization at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data and cancels billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
