Privacy Policy

Wallcast is a digital signage service that lets you manage content on TVs and displays from a web dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].

• Account information — your email address and name, used to sign you in and communicate with you about your account.
• Uploaded media — images, videos, and web page links you add to your library. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2.
• Device information — paired TVs report basic health data (app version, platform, uptime, available storage) so you can monitor your screens.
• Activity logs — actions taken in the dashboard (uploads, schedule changes, invitations) are logged so your team can see what changed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment credentials. We keep a reference to your subscription status so we know which screens are active.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use advertising trackers or ad networks.
• We do not access your uploaded media except as needed to operate the service (e.g. delivering content to your screens).

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There is no third-party ad tracking.

Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleting media removes it from storage. Deleting your organization permanently removes your account data, media, and device records, and cancels your subscription. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email [email protected].

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run Wallcast: Cloudflare (media storage and delivery) and Stripe (payments). Each processes only the data needed for its role.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the date above. Continued use of Wallcast after changes means you accept the updated policy.
